Why do you think all the sudden drone strikes have started on all anti Pakistan elements? This wouldn't had happened if we had been quiet rest assured. COAS made it clear to the visiting US delegation about them and the message is well received.

I don't think such rewards are for countries but for individuals , I don't think US govt wants USD 190,000...it will be a shameful act for them to demand such a small amount but what they are getting is the trust of Pakistanis a much better deal for them.

Oh, the U.S. would never demand it of Pakistan, I'm sure. But I imagine the act of Pakistan freely and publicly presenting the check to the U.S. ambassador would do wonders at improving relations between Pakistan and the U.S. Congress!
