Eventually when all the plots are sold the management of the project is going to shift towards the people who are living there

This is fine, but there should be no anarchy.
However, i doubt that resident can maintain the society on their own, as it has been done by Malik Riaz.
Most likely, after Malik Riaz, Bahria town will be most favorite land for Qabza mafia.

I've always admired his good work. Whatever he has done for poor people. But, he is also been accused of selling one file to different people at the time of Bahria Town Islamabad. His son was involved in hit & run case during car race season which killed an innocent boy in Bahria Town. But he never put on trial. If his own son was hit by an ordinary person then he wouldn't be alive.

He is developer, he can make as many files as many customers.... why does he need to sell copy of file to different peoples? doesn't make sense to me.
I hope you know, file does not mean you own any certain area of land... it simply means, you make an application to buy certain size of land and agree to make payment and abide by the regulations of society.
However once you done with payments, no one can take over your land and this is certain in Bahria.
His son was accused in his absence, because accident happened in bahria... this is no logic of accusing him.
Otherwise, he end up being accused twice daily, for all the crimes happening in Bahria streets, otherwise, if he was driving the car than he should be trialed, which apparently was not the case.

Did you read my post... i^m not pleading for his innocence, i^m just saying that conviction is not convincing, because he can print as many files as he wants, why to give copies of same file to different people?

Malik Riaz signed an agreement not to use that name. Now he says he was pressurised. It's not bahria it's bahria foundation.
