Ebola does not have 100% mortality rate, given the right treatment, and a bunch of other factors, mortality rate or survival rate can vary from person to person. Plenty of cases in Africa where people survived the last outbreak.

I didn't state this based on listening to any western news channel. I said this because I have 100% verified reports that an Ahmadi was picked up by the government in Syria and tortured to death. He had no part in the revolution, he was not protesting. what your iraqis and palestinians need is core learnings in technological fields ( microprocessor design, agriculture, space-craft projects, manufacturing, chemical engineering, biology etc ) and in humanities ( politics, real journalism, city planning etc ).
