Make Gilgit-Baltistan the fifth province of Pakistan

Not dadagiri. Simple rule. You GB disputed because of UN resolutions but on the other hand don't accept UN resolutions. This is unacceptable.
sadly for you bro it dosen't goes like as long as you accept un resolution you can't make it your province while if we want to break our kashmir into jammu ladakh and kashmir nobody can stop us
Its bitter but its truth accept it or not

Let me make it simple for you.. Either all of it is disputed (Including J&K, AJK, G&B) or none of it is.. Take your pick
boss non is disputed.. tomorrow if malaysia signs itself over to india can pak claim malaysia since its muslim majority? NO.
Similarly Pak cannot claim Kashmir either.

UN Resolution asks you to withdraw from Kashmir, isnt it?
We can do the plebicite once you get out of your occupied territory.

We can make GB our province, unfortunately our govt is pathetic and corrupt to the core. They didn't even made FATA a province of Pakistan in last sixty plus years let alone GB.

Its not about the corruption. You just can't do that.

Leaving everything else even if we assume GB to be part of Kashmir state, people of GB already revolted against Hari Singh and his governor, hence Hari Singh had no legitimacy to decide future of this region. He didn't had had legitimacy to decide the future of Kashmir as a whole but in case of GB he had no legitimacy.

We don't have any problem..if you want violate UN res and declare GB as part of Pakistan ..by all means go ahead..but once that is done, you can not demand the implementation UN resolution.
Other than that all else is a tangential argument, you guys give to convince yourself!! ..writing on the wall is " GB is part of Kashmir according to UN.

When you don't agree with UN resolutions you shouldn't be worried about about it's alleged violation either. Presenting UN resolution to prove GB a disputed territory is a moot point for an Indian. Pakistan has it's own definition of UN resolution and GB that's why they were kept separate from AJK.

1. Pakistan can not have its "own" definition of international resolutions..either you abide internationally accepted norm or you don't.

2. We don't care about its violation but you can not ask us to implement it ..especially since you want to violate it yourself.

3. Clearly you agree with the UN res..so it is your responsiblity to abide them and if you don't..you can not ask any else to abide by them either.

It all boils down to this ..when and if ..GB is declared as part of Pakistan..Pakistan will loose all its leverage wrt to Kashmir...UN resolution on Kashmir will be Null and void.

Making GB as a province is a larger agenda of Pakistan to accept LOC as border with some minute changes. They have learnt it.

Sooner or later it is the first step.

1 We have followed UN resolutions always hence even after 60 years GB isn't part of Pakistan, even though we don't consider GB to be part of Kashmir dispute.

2 Considering GB a province isn't a violation according to Pakistan since GB isn't a part of Kashmir. AJK would retain the same status hence would prove our respect for UN resolution.

3 India can't/shouldn't tell Pakistan about GB or UN resolution violation since by not agreeing to UN resolution it has right no right to do so.

1. Tumhare manne se kya hota hai?
2. According to pak it might not be violation but according to UN it is
3. We have treaty of ascension which also include gb so we have every right to do so

According to "Pakistan" does not matter ..as long as you want to stick to UN res..when and if you violate it..that will the end of the the resolution...as far as you are concerned.

We are not telling you anything ..choice is yours ..all we are asking is ..after you violate it ..don't ask us to implement it.

After not accepting UN resolution you are a non-party in case of GB. It is between us and UN. You should know how annoying it is when a non-party asks/expects something from us in our matters.

Bro We have treaty of ascension which gives us legality to claim it
