They kept the wall to keep the barbarians away. Manchus who came from other side of Great Wall brought China's boundary until Himalayas by subjugating the natives of the conquered non-Han land and thus those stolen land became historical Chinese land

Although Manchus were too libeled as barbarians by Han Chinese but land conquered by them became historical Chinese land.

I still think Arunachal Pradesh is part of India, it is for certain apart of the indian sub continent, look at how the sub continent came into connection with the rest of the world.

Most of them got Indian citizenship. But there is a legitimate Govt. of Tibet in India and India will support the Tibetan aspirations.

For centuries Lamas were the legitimate rulers of Tibet, it was not the part of Ming Empire but conquered by Qing and then again became independent in last phase of Qing Empire. But that's enough to make it a historical Han Chinese land.

Depends then,People of AP/south tibet aren't strictly tibetan per se,though yes the majority of us are closer to the tibetans genetically than any other group on earth.The second group,has more in common with burma,SEA and southern chinese like the qiangs.
