Jinnah was born to Ismaili family but he later denounced Fiqa. His autobiography notes an interview in which he was asked about Fiqa, he stated that he belongs to the same Fiqa Prophet SAW belonged to. His funeral was conducted by Maulana Shabbir Usmani, an eminent Sunni scholar of the day. Lastly the "myth" you're peddling about Jinnah eating Pork and drinking Whine was just a BS rumor created by the Deobandi school which was allied to the Indian National Congress and played a number of tricks to discredit Jinnah as the political leader of Muslims. Now the same "myth" is used by Pseudo Liberals to try & prove that Jinnah was a secular leader.
I know it's not possible. As for the reconstruction of Islamic thought by Iqbal it's worth noting that Iqbal himself was adherent of ahmadiyya (an officially declared not Islamic sect) some parts of his life. As for Jinnah: he hailed from Shia ismaili sect but was never seen observing pure Islam. He used to eat pork and drink wine while on his stay in England. Both of them are forbidden by classical Islam. So there goes his ONE Islam theory.
