I fail to see any corruption in this report. Sure they benefited, but this policy has been carried out by successive governments. This is a policy failure forsure, i am completely against giving subsidies for Export but this is a policy that has been in place for years. I don't see any corruption here. You're welcome to point it out.

I think the whole idea of report is to find out, how sugar and wheat crises erupted and who benefitted most from it. Report is hollow as it didn’t specify why ECC under IK allowed export of sugar. JKT just said, it was ECC and Azam khan.

Secondly it depends how you define corruption. If it’s not corruption then every industry in Pakistan can create panic, sell goods in black and benefit from high prices.

Yes because Pakistani people are dumb and stupid.
The more corruption anyone does and the more they get punished, the more votes they get.
Pakistan may be one of the few countries in the world where Election candidates proudly announce they they have been to the jail , and announce it from podium in packed election rallies, and get votes based on their jail time.
So going after every corrupt and putting them in jail, will only increase their vote bank as people are dumb as dodo.

Lets wait until 25th April before passing Judgments on PMs Actions if he is willing to part ways with JKT he is dead Serious. I believe he will not disappoints us this time.

It is funny that people now consider a nobody like Jahangir tareen as a "vital part" of PTI. I still remember when I used to predict in 2011 that this lota Jahangir Tareen with his "PMLQ Ham Khayal" BS group will join Imran Khan and PTI on the instructions of ISI/Pasha group after his successful October 2011 Jalsa in Lahore, and people used to ask me who the hell this sh1tty jahangir tareen is and I used to say he is a rich lota created and empowered during Musharraf regime and was main guy behind the Flour/Ata crisis in 2007.

Now when I see in media people calling this jahangar tareen as "pillar" of PTI , it just makes me laugh like hell that how things have changed since 2011 for Imran Khan and PTI .

JT's utility was primarily in helping fund various activities during the election campaign and putting together the PTI's coalition governments in the Center and Punjab. The higher profile of the PTI now means that funds can be acquired from other sources and there are other people who can engage with coalition partners. JT was sidelined after the first round of negotiations with the PML-Q a few months ago too, IIRC.

Very bold steps by PM but unfortunately this may cost PTI govt in Punjab and subsequently in center after some months. JT single handily arranged atleast 15 seats for PTI both in Punjab and at federal level. Hopefully his name will be clear after April 25. Anyways the precedent set by Imran Khan now is indeed a landmark decision by making such a controversial but very important investigation report public. This is how cronies in previous govts of PMLN and PPP used to make money.
