Biggest irony is that Pakistans motto: Iman, Ittihad, Nazm. Apart from the military, is there any institution in Pakistan that follows these tenets?

There needs to be a purge of all the incompetent, and to pump some fresh blood into the system following those ideals. Just look at the olympic association, the same old fool has been elected as head for the last two decades and has done nothing but steal and run it into the ground. Its the same story with football, hockey, squash, boxing.

Somehow a plan needs to be introduced a 5 year plan regardless of which government is in power. A plan that can accomplish all of that pumping new blood in system and purging of incompetent burdens on our country. But there has tobbe a timeline so that the urgency stays their as the timetable will be hanging sword.
Its a mission that needs to be accomplished with every minor detail studied consquenses and possibilites evaluated and people identified who are competent and get the job done. For example
1 Police reforms
No law passed in parliment can make an average police officer professional nor we have magic wand but do have brains so
1. i will replace for 5 years 150000 police officer with recently retired and about to be retired army personals and officers with 5 year contract.
2. Any future hire needs to be a college graduate goes through stirict academy where you can learn and study law for 6 months thats what NYPD does.
3. Set up police cadet programs in 30 to 50 highschools where students can be direct hire.
Only if we can make our police competent watch the rest of the society fall in place. Take NewYork city as an example a city with many cultures so many people and everyone knows it use to be crime capital but along comes Juliani he was not genius all he did was fix the police and got rid of corrupt elements who use to collect bhatta.
This small solution can fix 10 different problems within our society.
2nd step all lawyers and beaurecrats who are involved in breaking law have their licenses cancelled because law breakers cant be defenders of it at the same time its irrationality to even think so.
3rd Reach out to all mosques in country providing them very detailed law warning them of discrmination or hate speech.

Pakistan has one problem and one solution.

It's a country where poor gets poorer and rich gets richer. Every new government makes life hell for its people.

I see life in western countries. Their life goes like this. Kid grows up, kid leaves parents home, kid finds a girl and a job easily, even the cheapest of cheap job pays good enough. Kid mortgages a home and lives his life paying it until he owns it in old age. The cycle repeats.

In Pakistan, people struggle hard to earn enough to feed themselves. There are families with many kids working all day but they don't earn enough to feed themselves. Every Eid, i see little kids salivating for some meat whereas in West, they're getting obese and rejecting meat as being unhealthy because they eat like whales so much of it.

Then i hear pseudointellectuals complaining that why Pakistan can't progress lol. Why can't these hungry people starve and study and become educated so they can become scientists and magically millionaires.

The reason for this is there's a disconnect between the life of an average Pakistani and the people who rule this country. We saw this disconnect when the finance minister of welfare state of Pakistan said tomatoes sell at 17rs.

Pakistan needs to feed its people. Pakistanis are hungry. Pakistanis are struggling daily to survive, to find some food.

Once the lifecycle of Pakistanis become like Western people where anyone can get a job that will pay ALL HIS NECESSITIES then will parents start educating their kids, then we will start prospering.

It's like asking why African countries aren't prospering. They're dying of starvation and you want them to fly to moon lol

The OP is blaming the issues by stating "problems in Pakistan". Its the people - us - who are to be blamed. We as pakistanis make or break Pakistan and steer it, where it has to go.
