This system is indigenously produced for series inverter of medium frequency for induction Melting furnace with a state of the art control system. System is software controlled which ensure trouble free electronic circuit for a long time in the harsh foundry environment.
This system is suitable for melting steel and non-ferrous materials from 30KW upto 450KW.
With the melting capacity from 30KG upto 1000KG. Salient Features of this series inventer.
Single Maintenance Free Module containing the total control system.
Very few wires within the panel, making the system very simple.
Easy to troubleshoot
Compact panel to fit in at small places.
Auto power tracking system according to load.
Medium Frequency Solid State Generator 30KWUpTo 1SOOKW
Super Melt has been proven system from very very long time. The system is very very efficient for melting and heating metals both in atmosphere and under vacuum conditions. The system is very reliable and operate under variable load conditions at a frequency. The system can be produced for individual customer to suit the melting requirements of the customers. Tthis system the power is consumed only when the load available for melting and heating.
The frequency range that can be produced on the system can vary from 150 cycles upto 1000 cycles depending on the homogeneity and stirring action required for the end product.
Super Melt is very suitable for melting from 500KW upto 1500KW. Producing immaculate results in terms of unit consumption per ton. The latest BOD protection system for SCR’s is installed in all panels, which ensure protection from high voltage surges.

Hybrid has been designing programmable automation systems in paper, leather & textile sector , resulting in improved quality, increase production and decreased production cost . These solutions would be the way forward for the industry of Pakistan to go from Semi-automation to full automation.
