Just the same way the indian people like to show their progress and the unshown majority which live on less than a dollar a day in the largest slums in the world.
North Korea can be a progressive country, only if it yields and follows the divine laws of uncle sam. Otherwise it will just have to be called a hermit state.

That'll NEVER happen. North Koreans AREN'T ALLOWED to own cameras. If they were, we'd see pics of people eating tree bark and grass 'soup'.
