TEHRAN, Aug. 25 (Xinhua) -- Iran has reached an agreement with South Africa to "develop and equip" five refineries in the African state, said Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi on Friday.

The agreement was reached on the sidelines of the 15th BRICS Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa, the president said in a statement.

Under the agreement, the Iranian Oil Ministry will help to develop five refineries in South Africa by exporting "technical and engineering services," said the statement.

Earlier this month, Iran and South Africa convened the 15th session of the Joint Commission of Economic Cooperation in the latter's administrative capital Pretoria, after a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the meeting, Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and South Africa's Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Naledi Pandor inked a document on economic cooperation.

ساخت فراسرزمینی دومین کارخانه ایرانی تولید آهن اسفنجی​

به گزارش ایران آنلاین، دومین کارخانه فراسرزمینی تولید آهن اسفنجی با فناوری ایرانی پرد (PERED) احداث می‌شود.
تفاهم‌نامه احداث کارخانه تولید احیای مستقیم با فناوری پرد (ساخت ایران) و نیز کارخانه فولادسازی، با سرمایه گذاری شرکت چینی در کشور پرو (آمریکای جنوبی) به امضا رسید.
قرارداد ساخت نخستین کارخانه احیای مستقیم در آمریکای جنوبی به روش گازی بین سرمایه‌گذار چینی و شرکت ایرانی ام.ام.ایی (MME) به عنوان صاحب فناوری پرد منعقد شد.
ظرفیت سالیانه این طرح یک میلیون تن آهن اسفنجی است که محصول تولیدی در واحد فولادسازی استفاده خواهد شد. ساخت کارخانه فولادسازی نیز با فناوری ایرانی، توسط شرکت ام.ام.ایی در پرو انجام می‌شود.
بخش کوره این کارخانه (احیای مستقیم) توسط شرکت MME طراحی و بخشی از تجهیزات اصلی آن در ایران ساخته و به کشور مذکور صادر خواهد شد.
احداث نخستین کارخانه فراسرزمینی در چین
بنا بر این گزارش، پس از احداث موفقیت آمیز چهار کارخانه تولید آهن اسفنجی به روش بومی «پِرِد» در ایران و احداث نخستین کارخانه فراسرزمینی در چین به عنوان بزرگترین تولیدکننده فولاد جهان (با هدف عبور از چالش‌های زیست محیطی روش کوره بلند)، اکنون سرمایه گذاران خارجی به دنبال این فناوری ایرانی هستند.
افزون بر این، در داخل ایران نیز سه طرح مگامدول دیگر شامل فولاد کردستان، سیمین هرمز و هرمزگان با روش بومی پرد در حال اجراست.
یکی از مهمترین دستاوردهای کسب شده در سال‌های گذشته بهینه سازی فرایند تولید فولاد به روش PERSIAN REDUCTION است که با نام تجاری پرد (PERED) توسط شرکت مهندسی معادن و فلزات (MME) به عنوان نقطه عطفی در صنعت فولاد کشور معرفی شده است.
فناوری پرد بومی‌سازی شده با تکیه بر اصول علمی و تجربیات متخصصان ایرانی است. یکی از مهمترین مزیت‌های فناوری پرد، کاتالیست‌های منحصر به‌فرد آن است که با ویژگی طول عمر بیشتر و تسریع در شکست گازهای احیایی در قلب ریفرمرهای فولادی PERED می‌تپد.

Lot's of mega projects in field of energy are being done by MAPNA or it's companies.I really love them but they didn't accept my plan which was about Flexible AC transmission system , 10 years ago.
but i still love them and proud of them.
