A $ billion factory?
Some desi wog said in purchasing power parity, that is a lot of bricks, mortar, steel and shed.
What`s the cost arbitrage there?
I know factory bldg. specialised labour (mistry's) is like $ 3-5 only, something like 35-50 times cheaper.
Said desi wog calculated 10x factor, so this $1 Billion turns into, is worth, is parity to. ... $ 10 Billion.
Pak forumers, indian forumers kindly feedback on this because it stands to reason
factory is said to be 460 acres?
is it normal size for a car manufacturer or is it too big?

What a lallu-panju noob post, tragic that Singur-i type mind set has seeped in here too.
It's not much! Gujjus are smart enough to double it for them, all is in the asking. Biggest bang for the buck
re: type of land. Not many viable places Globally where one can get away with this kind of stuff, to wit the NIMBY crowd.
Remember before oil there was steel. Tata's own the steel market, and cars are nothing but an 'app' for steel.
And 'Gujju.' is an app for Bawa log (Parsis) .
the figures look legit..it is a $1 billion factory, considering the parity thing..you are right in estimating that the real effect of the investment will be in the range of 8-10 billion..
