@MULUBJA, the killer app. of the small car game Kia is setting shop (factory) in India. Sad, it's a sub of Hyundai so some cross-cannibalization and share loss to others' is natural.
A useful, optimal and beautiful type with blockbuster family roots is coming. Since Indian cities are choking at the throat, this last-mile vehicle is ideal.

Indian cities now have mass rapid transport but no last mile connect, so this plugs the gap for neighbourhood last mile connectivity. Nothing like this on the market. In fact, if effective BRT systems are paired with metro and mass rail transit as is happening across approx. 100 cities around India, this vehicle family can form an excellent last mile head end for a good 10 yrs. before road traffic can be 'de-bottlenecked' so roads can be re-claimed for transportation.
