I already answered it. With over 50 Mi-8 transport helicopters (not including Russian helicopters) Assadists could provide 10 daily meals to everyone there. But they need helicopters for barrel bombs. So basically you are crying that you cant barrel bomb civilians enough.

Well, while i agree with all what you said, i must confess that this is WAR. We all know terrible things happen in wars(especially brutal civil wars like this one). Atrocities will be(and are being) committed by both sides, no matter how we look at it. So it's obvious that Russian(and it's smaller allies Iranian/Assadists regime) supporters will obviously side/justify their actions, while the rebels and their backers will also justify theirs. IT'S PERFECTLY NORMAL, since nobody will want to criticize themselves and their protege publicly.
The only losers in this war are the poor innocent Syrian women and children. The rest is just Geo politics, power games with a mixture of religious divide/rivalry(Saudi Sunni-Iranian Shia stuffs etc). So there is nothing new in this article that we don't already know, neither should we be surprise. It's war.
