I cannot even begin to comprehend how these morons at NADRA have been handing ID's and passports like hotcakes. Just unbelievable. Who does that kind of a thing to their own pride i.e. passport?

And their brethren in those departments are involved. Not too long ago the FIA busted a gang in Peshawer run by a female officer by the family name 'Afridi'.

Well, LUMS is a private university, so we can't dictate them what to do. I think they do give scholarship quotas to the people of other provinces. But I agree, these seats should be given to locals as of yet.

As for the Biharis in Bangladesh, well I don't think Pakistan is big enough to import another 1,000,000 people for our own people have declared contraceptives "haram". Bangladesh government should be pressurized into granting them citizenship as they are violating human rights by not doing so.

I'm just lost for words. Who needs crooks and enemies when we already have them among our own ranks. People in such positions need to be thoroughly and constantly checked. There is a lot of abuse and corruption going on.

The Pakistan government is matching the funds.

Plus these are limited seats ( a question of capacity )

Very well said. Exchange as many Afghans for our Bihari brothers and sisters. I'm all for it. These people are truly worthy of Pak citizenship. Heck, I would give my own passport in exchange for a Bihari brother/sister. Any time.

Why shoving down our responsibility down the throat of Bangladeshi government? Is the stranded Pakistani's blood any less thiner than yours or mine or have they committed some unforgivable crime by saving the Pakistani troops from the onslaught of traitor Mukti Bahini and invading Indian troops? If these stranded Pakistanis were Punjabi or Pathan, would we have left them behind like this? They fought alongside our troops disregarding the ethnic identity of the Pakistani soldiers but we don't want to take them back exactly because they are Biharis and not the sons of the soil. While at the same time we had no problem taking in countless Afghans. At that time we never thought of the contraceptive did we?

Bihari Pakistanis are those who in the time of need helped the Pakistani troops and fought alongside Pakistani troops with the traitor Mukti Bahini and invading Indian troops in East Pakistan in 1971. The shameless and thankless Pakistani ruler Zia-ul-Haq and those who came into power before him (Bhutto) and after him (Benazir, Nawaz, Musharraf) welcomed millions of barbarian Afghans but did not open the doors of Pakistan to take back the Biharis who lost their lives and honors to save the lives of Pakistanis soldiers and to save the honor of Pakistan. Until today the Biharis are living their lives in the miserable settlements in Bangladesh with Pakistani flags flying high over their camps and waiting that one day Pakistan will take them back.

It breaks my heart that a Pakistani does not know who are Bihari Pakistanis. But it is not your fault my friend; we are one hell of shameless and thankless people.
