We are fighting a two front war. Divert funding from the eastern theatre and you'll see a drop in the fatalities on the western theatre. It's not just the death traps like vehicles but our soldiers lack basic protective gear.

Meri Jaan we are a part of an organisation called United Nations. including ourselves about 200 Nations signed the resolution of War on Terror. as per this resolution every signatory was supposed to support the fight, hand over terrorist suspects and change their local laws to facilitate the trials of the terrorists.

staying out of this war wont have had helped us because Trial Areas were going to get affected by the war in Afghanistan and the effects were going to reach settled areas. our inaction was not going to protect us from terrorism.
it will be cute to think that we would have safeguarded ourselves by not sending our forces to tribal areas and not taking actions against sectarian terrorists who were already influenced by Al Qaeda well before 9/11.
