How do you know that ? PMLN purposefully spreading this rumors for the last 2-3 months that hey Asim will be 'our' man. Yes they clearly didn't wanted Faiz Hameed as new COAS but that's about it. Now in their paid media, they deliberately spread this impression of Asim being their man.

Have you ever noticed Imran Khan or any PTI leader spoke against Asim Muneer ? No!

Anyways IK shouldn't make his appointment as controversial by asking President to delay the signature. This will be like falling into PMLN trap who now wants new chief to go after IK as well just like Bajwa.
