As for what happened to that poor Pakistani man. It was two idiot kids committing a crime. Plenty of Pakistani kids below 16 have commit similar crimes. I personally know of one Pakistani 15 year old (back in high school) who stabbed a teacher for trying to give him detention.

FYI, the bell curve theory has already been debunked. Its main flaws have been pointed out since it first came out. It relies on basic assumptions that make no sense, such as its assumptions on IQ and its inheritability.
