Depends how you define the word "alien".

The ones from other planets that are physical in form... and the ones on this and other planets that we can't see, in some kind of different dimension.

Have you visited all the planets and 'seen' there is NO life form there? If yes, only then you should say seeing is believing and therefore "I am sure there is no other life form"

Until then you should stay neutral and open to all possibilities with this logic of 'seeing is believing', since you haven't got an opportunity to go and SEE other planets to establish whether the life form there exist or not.
