"BNP" and "BAL" cooperate (for their mutual benefit) when they can short-change common people and make a quick buck off of them it seems.

Its a common theme around the world, too bad its happening at such significant level for BD nascent economy. If this didn't happen, maybe BD could have got closer to 150 billion or 200 billion market cap by now itself....and the commensurate percolation of that into broader GDP etc.
