Regarding platform, did china start training on flying naval J-15 only when liaoning ACC was ready or they created shore based training facilities parallel to ACC development?

Am sure ccp gonna remain in power for next century also.....CCP education is worlds best..after seeing bots here, am sure they are not gonna down anyways.... just last year they siad Russia is ahead of them...ok fine... after few months they said Russia is equal to them in terms of tech.... now started saying US itself don't comparable Destroyer to their type 54 or 55.... lol...lot of development in one year...and some bracketing themselves with on par with USA in terms of technology...some of them claiming ahead of USA......I don't know about USA future....decades of experience in developing high tech weapons.....Huge investment in Defence for decades all just gone...chinese achieved on par with US just within 5 years..and fraction of amount what US had spent until now.....

Let it make it simple for you to understand

India is vying for a 3rd strike capability.

India does not have nuke subs (SSBN's) so we are building our own. We cannot buy those from anyone because it is restricted

India does not have Sub launched Ballistic Missiles (SLBM's) so we are building our own and those are the K series K15, K 4, K5 etc.

Both the platform and the missiles are under testing and will be integrated next year on Arihant, we are also building a few more SSBN's.
