Just wait for the flood gates of ex-pat Pakistanis investment to open and come forward after Asad Umer becomes Finance Minister of Pakistan.

I expect him to come up with public private enterprise ownership schemes and Other foreign investment might struggle to compete with just our own bringing back their hard earned to Pakistan, in sha Allah...

Whether PTI can sustain the trust of people against the old age corrupt practices remains to be seen as a lot of structural policy overhaul is required to streamline foreign investment and guard against loot and plunder by the well entrenched legacy of corrupt bureaucracy.

You are correct and I alluded towards the same that I expect Asad Umar to come up with investment schemes...and obviously incentives including streamlining the red tape of bureaucratic hurdles...and that of course takes time.
