we cannot deploy 126 planes everywhere....and no more india will b only as customer..
mmrca should improve whole IAF with the technology india gained from it ..

Most likely no competetion, EFT and Dasssult know that there will be no TOT from LM. Thats their selling point and it has been sisnce MRCA started.

PAK-FA is superior than JSF claims Sukhoi PAK-FA - Russia's Strategic ?Game Changer?. However, readers must consider that this website seems to downplay capabilities of anything American except the F-22. So read it with a boatload of salt.
Opinions stating JSF as "less maneuverable" have been doing rounds on the net by some "ex LM-Leaks" . So, going by that assumption, JSF would never win in MMRCA because teens didn't. Also, some claim PAK-FA is better than the watered down f-22 called JSF.
Here comparison with PAK-FA is valid because they will both be available to India after 2015-2018 in ny case.

The problem with US is that they will always consider India as a client instead of it has a partner. Whereas buying either Rafale or EFT would make India a partner into those projects

They did offer us rafael n we even were to buy it........ around 40 of em......... but thn the deal went bad due to the massive earthquake in 2005.

F 35 is costliar, we have already indigenous programme AMCA, No immediate need considering no neighbours have stealth now, the inventories of those countries made a plane more important, we will be not given it earliar. Israel also interested in option as they are not given it earliar. AMCA need six generation techs to improve in some field to destroy enemy fifth generation.

Tejas cost almost equivalent to cost of Mig35 . Even at the time we make AMCA the cost will be so high.
So what, we will have stealth to dominate them.

We dont want 5G aircrafts to counter 4G aircrafts of China and Pakistan
then why we need AMCA to be 6G tech to counter 5G tech of China?
More over AMCA takes more time if it needs high tech. Thats what now happening with Tejas Mk1, IAF finds it has less tech , so we are going for Mk2 version which takes more time , so delays and later Mk3, after that AMCA. By the time we get AMCA's , we get next versions of F-35 .
