most of the sacrifices happen on the first day of eid but some do sacrifices second and third day of eid also for some reasons.Indeed it is, it is lack of proper sanitation and people being careless about their surroundings. People clean their homes after slaughter and dump the waste or don't clean the surroundings. Every year after Eid prayers, people are urged to keep the surroundings clean but they seldom follow this advice. In countries which are semi-developed, slaughter is carried out in designated slaughter houses which I believe should be the norm.
after sacrifce and then after making meat there is only arteries and guts left to throw.
which we keep at the marked area of our street.from there it is the duty of city municipality to dispose of it.they visit two or three times to remove these garbge becuase of eid.so there is nothing rotten at our streets and roads.all animal garbage is removed quickly from all areas.
about blood spill. i never saw blood spilling like this.i don't know why they do like this. we wash our street after sacrifice same time.

people cannot keep animal guts inside their homes.they have to throw them.
