  • India said that Imran Khan's threat of unleashing nuclear devastation qualifies as brinksmanship not statesmanship.

NEW DELHI: India on Saturday said that Pakistan PM

Imran Khan
's threat of unleashing nuclear devastation qualifies as brinkmanship not statesmanship.

"Even coming from the leader of a country that has monopolized the entire value chain of the industry of terrorism, Prime Minister Imran Khan’s justification of terrorism was brazen and incendiary," Vidisha Maitra, first secretary MEA, said in the

UNGA
.

Imran Khan's rant — yet again raising the nuclear bogey — is evidence of his mounting frustration over his failure to persuade the rest of the world to intervene in another nation's internal affairs.

Exercising India's right to reply, Vidisha Maitra said: "Now that Prime Minister Imran Khan has invited UN Observers to Pakistan to verify that there are no militant organisations in Pakistan, the world will hold him to that promise."

"Pakistan's virulent reaction to the removal of an outdated and temporary provision thatwas hindering development and integration of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir stems from the fact that those who thrive on conflict never welcome the ray of peace," she added.

"While Pakistan has ventured to upstream terrorism and downstream hate speech there, India is going ahead with mainstreaming development in Jammu and Kashmir.

"The mainstreaming of Jammu & Kashmir, as well as Ladakh, in India's thriving and vibrant democracy with a millennia-old heritage of diversity, pluralism and tolerance is well and truly underway. Irreversibly so."

"Citizens of India do not need anyone else to speak on their behalf, least of all those who have built an industry of terrorism from the ideology of hate," Vidisha Maitra said.

India asked a few questions that Pakistan can respond to as a precursor to the proposed verification:

*Can Pakistan confirm the fact that it is home to 130 UN designated terrorists and 25 terrorist entities listed by the UN, as of today?

*Will Pakistan acknowledge that it is the only Government in the world that provides pension to an individual listed by the UN in the Al Qaeda and Da’esh Sanctions list!

*Can Pakistan explain why here in New York, its premier bank, the Habib Bank had to shut shop after it was fined millions of dollars over terror financing?

*Will Pakistan deny that the Financial Action Task Force has put the country on notice for its violations of more than 20 of the 27 key parameters?

*And would Prime Minister Khan deny to the city of New York that he was an open defender of

Osama bin Laden
?

"Having mainstreamed terrorism and hate speech, Pakistan is trying to play its wild card as the newfound champion of human rights," Vidisha Maitra said.

the kind of whining lost its worth long ago.... things moving forward & accusations are debunked. Pakistan has already invited any observer to come and evaluate and India should be more worried because this is not going to stop here only then.

Aren't you a born Indian? If this is so understanding your limitations and try to investigate harder on the "same page".

Don't waste your time. A nation or majority that still believes in surgical strikes, 300+ terrorists, launching pads, Shahzazuddin, AMRAAMs are doged-jammed(in some cases even shot down the AMMRAAM) & whatever satisfies the hurt ego; it will be too foolish to be reasoned & be logical.

A comparison of PM Imran Khan Vs Narendra Modi for their UN speeches at YouTube on Aljazeera TV. Modi is not just unpopular, he is hated twice more than he is liked. Shame on India for electing this monkey.

This is like a broken record...

I have to say this was a Fantastic Speech! IK spoke simply and provided plenty of references and evidence to support what he was saying and what he meant. The absolute hypocrisy of larger richer nations towards poorer Human Kind is extremely deplorable! Are Human rights only applicable to people and animals living in the West? These people should be very shamed of themselves for thinking that the stand up for Humanity.:angry:

.

lolz did he just thank IK for calling him Nazi?

Its like last attempt to save face :disagree:

Too embarrassed to even write down the source?

Pakistan CAN confirm - it invited the UN observer...Question is does india have balls to request the same?
So much hatred and empty talk! These words of indian delegation will ONLY mean SOMETHING when they have the guts to call UN observer to IOK!

. . .
:sarcastic::sarcastic::sarcastic:

is it me or things don't seem to be going according to plan? or the way they thought it would go. or in a bid of trying to be clever it backfired.
Backfired for sure. The Indians and their patrons did a huge miscalculation about the resolve of Kashimiris and Pakistanis alike.

.
It was time for someone to call spade a spade! IK did that. Then Mahatir did that. Before that Erdagon did that. It was a speech felt by everyone around the world who believe in freedom and human dignity. Haters will hate, but that doesn't matter. What really matters is the question that what lies ahead in future for Kashmir, for Pakistan and for world peace. DG ISPR has already made it crystal that eventually, the war become only option left out of compulsion not by choice. World better comes to its senses, clock is ticking!

.
Well as i noted, time for your Foreign ministry and other departments to run expose on RSS / Modi brownshirts bitches- they are nothing more than Nazi goons and thugs - Most likely blxm homos as well like brownshirts were.
