Even this is the first time I know that there is an exotic place like that in Java after seeing my friend picture on her Facebook......

There are many to explore like Komodo Island ( already famous) that in my opinion is quite unique as well

Such beautiful place need investments to develop local tourist industry, cooperate with China, Japan, Korea etc to attract their travellers to visit there.

Yup, correct. After visiting Baluran national park and then Meru Betiri national park (both of them are located in East Java), we can go to Bali island ( near East Java), and then Lombok island ( near Bali), and then go to Komodo Islands, the last one should be Raja Ampat for Diving in Papua.

Such beautiful place need investments to develop local tourist industry, cooperate with China, Japan, Korea etc to attract their travellers to visit there.

These places don't need investment, wild is most chaming feature. Anyway, tourists will concern security, you know. Some muslims oppose foreigners visit the country.

Of course, the trival security always is 1st importance for local tourist industry. And good quality of service can attract more new foreign trivalers incoming after they back home.

Here in China, the Singapore-Malaysia-Thai tour is famous for Chinese tourists it also a cheap foreign tour with thousand RMB cost, recent two years the Japan tour become popular coz ppl can afford high foreign tour and shopping in Japan. Compared with above nations in China we heared less news about Indonesia tour, that's why i think the Indonesia need to more cooperations with local travel agencies to introduce their tours in China.

Thats why we always said that almost foreign visitor just know Bali island, 40 % foreign tourist go to Bali, around 20% to Jakarta. Not many foreigner knows that even in Banten (near Jakarta) we have beautiful beach as well.

And even, still in Jakarta, we also have great place to hang out which is thousand island, something weird is that this island is not crowded and difficult to find foreign tourist in here even though it is still part of Jakarta.

Do you talk about Carita Beach which is in Banten...? Actually Jakarta International Airport is located in Banten region. If you stay several days in Hotel which is in that airport, it will be much shorter compared if you stay in Hotel inside Jakarta if you have the plan to visit the beach.

For the islands ( thousand islands), it is still in Jakarta. If your hotel is in Central or North Jakarta, so it will not take much time to go there. Need to take a boat to go there. Most Jakartan are already tired after working Monday to Friday, they prefer visiting Malls than going to this exotic places.

For some zoos abroad it might be the case, since the population is not in any danger level at all.

In term of intelligence working into extremist group like Al-Qaeda network etc, Indonesia's intelligent has much better penetration than Thailand. Thats why you dont see any terrorist action anymore in Indonesia. According to me, we are much better than Thailand in term of preventing any attempt from extremist group who want to disrupt our tourism industry, even in Thailand they havent yet solved their conflict with their Muslim region ( Melayu ethnic region).
