Even so,i updated my previous post .Like i've said,if you see the link from the original post the data from China is from 2014 while the data from the EU is from 2012.In 2013 EU exports outside the Union were 2.3 trillion $( 50 billion more than China) and they've gone up in 2014.Sry.

Most of Hong Kong's exports are actually Chinese mainland exports that go through Hong Kong and are counted as Hong Kong exports.

Hong Kong's exports should be added to China's total exports because they are Chinese exports.

EU is in trouble now , some countries deeply regret of joining EU. Probably EU as an economic entity won't last long in the future.

China, Hong Kong and Taiwan's volume should be added together as greater China.

It doesn't matter,the population matters a lot.If i'd say Germany's exports are bigger than the Vatican's,Monaco,Liechtenstein,Luxembourg,Latvia,Lithuania,Estonia,Andorra,Malta,Cyprus combined,does it matter.After all,they're 10 countries vs 1.

Anyway,EU's exports outside the Union are bigger than China's so all the celebration in here was in vain.

China is only a developing country, if they reached the first world status their export trade value will be multiple times bigger than your union.

Even so,that list has data from China in 2014 while the EU datas is from 2012.In 2013 alone,EU exports were $2.302 trillion (pretty sure more in 2014,so,sry,bigger than China,even outside of the EU.

In 2013 the Euro/Dollar parity was the one in the link,not the one of today.And exports grew in 2014 to vis a vis 2013.The data for China is 2014.
