Yes it is not. Thankfully, we live in a World, where $60B is still $60B and not every decision making is done by looking at top-10 lists.

Besides, these top-10 lists keep changing faster than one can imagine. For example, India was the 8th largest trading partner of China, considering EU as a single entity, back in 2011. Now it's not. Probably two years down the line, it is up there again. So, I would rather give more importance to the absolute figures there, than top-10 lists.

That's because EU countries trade alot between themselves.Taken separetely Germany + France+Netherlands are way ahead of China by total exports.

Even so,that list has data from China in 2014 while the EU datas is from 2012.In 2013 alone,EU exports were $2.302 trillion (pretty sure more in 2014,so,sry,bigger than China,even outside of the EU.
