No city from Kerala in the top 10 clean cities.


Madhya Pradesh, Telangana and Gujarat seems to be the best states for cleanliness.

I am frankly surprised to find Indore as the Cleanest city in India.

Very impressive, look at the streets wao even narrow streets are damn clean.

Chandigarh is also nice city but not in the list why?

I simply don't agree with the most cleanest cities.
Indore , Bhopal, Surat , Vadodara must put in worst cities list.
I don't see much clearness in these cities like Chandigarh, Visakhapatnam.

Yeah, I never expected a Cow belt state to be so clean.

Chandigarh used to be among the top 10, but seems to have fallen off the list.

I am guessing other cities are catching up.

Punjab is among the dirtiest sates in India now. That too came as a surprise to me.

I simply don't agree with the most cleanest cities.
Indore , Bhopal, Surat , Vadodara must put in worst cities list.
I don't see much clearness in these cities like Chandigarh, Visakhapatnam.

You must ask the govt. to remove these transparent surveys and replace them with your opinions.

Can you name the top 10 clean cities in your opinion ?

I looked it up, Chandigarh came 11th in the survey List.

Bhopal too is doing some Serious work to make it to the top,

This is perhaps the first time when my home town is not in the list.

I am shocked. We have always been one of the top cleanest cities in entire India.

Time to tighten the laws.

Come on. Vishakhapatnam is damn clean.

Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Shimla, Vizag, Vijayawada, Naya Raipur, Vadodara, Puducherry (especially Auroville), Imphal and Aizawl are the cleanest cities I have seen in entire India.

Even my city Gangtok is not on the list. I am quite shocked as Sikkim was ranked the cleanest last year.

Maybe their city administration is putting a lot of efforts now.

Vadodara is damn clean. For a city with high population it is pretty clean. Also New Bhopal is very clean and well maintained.


Never been to Surat or Indore though.
