Search on google, by writing in Urdu script; you would get it. Poetry of Baba Bulley Shah, as published and printed by Packages Limited, has this solo verse. Even by having knowledge of poetic meter (Beher), one should know that it is not by Syed Waris Shah. Heer Waris Shah has totally different poetic meter (Beher).

You are mistaken. Syed Waris Shah is not the first one to write this tale. Far before him, it was versified by another Hindu poet, named Damodar, in a different poetic meter. Then, before Waris Shah, it was again written by another Muslim poet Shah Jahan Muqbal. In fact, Syed Waris Shah almost replicated the tale, as versified by Muqbal, in the same meter, as used by Muqbal. But Heer Waris Shah got the highest degree of repute, due to its poetic excellence.

A lot of them really did care about Islam, e.g Muhammad Ghauri died whilst making dua, Sher Shah Suri killed someone for oppressing Muslims in Madhya Pradesh (at their request), Qutub Uddin Aibek sought spiritual advice from Fariduddin Ganjshkar, Aurangzeb Alamgir created Fatawa e Alamgiri which is STILL taught today, etc.

He is not realated to hazaras he was related to hamayon and his grandsons only
You can say thet he belonged to same ethnic group which are hazaras and not hazaras are related to him both are different things
and those people who came with him from Central Asia never returned back so you can say their descendents are living in India or Pakistan but these hazaras are not related to him in anyway except for being from same race

Hazaras are Turco-Mongol-Persians. So was Babur, Humayun and Timur. This is why I say they're related.
