Life Expectancy in Iran up by 20 years in 35 years

. .
polio vaccine (the one with diluted virus) can cause polio.
Doctor joon , you know that Iran chooses OPV instead of IPV because its simply endemic in our region (although uprooted in Iran , but there is a significant threat of polio in afghanistan , pakistan and india ) .

and how much is the incidence of neurotoxicity from OPV shots ? dude its soooo insignificant . i mean come on .

about flu vaccines , flu vaccines change by time . vaccines produced in 2013 is different from the ones in 2015 .

theo ones in 2013 can be specifically designed for H1N1 and 2015 for H5N1 or H3N1

remember we're talking about ridiculously low possibilities here

Yes that's low but as I said its risk vs benefits . by the way its opv that my result in polio .
You knew we choose opv because around us there are countries that the virus is in wild .
The opv is weakened live virus it can make people immune it also make sure they won't be carrier in future but the drawback is that you have a small risk of get a mild polio . the other vaccine is Sabin that you must inject . it made you immune against polio and you can't get polio by it as its dead virus but the drawback is while you are immune you may become a carrier as virus can live in your intestine without make you sick .
In Europe they use Sabin because they are less likely to become a carrier but here we use opv because the chance of becoming a carrier is higher.

About the flu vaccine the vaccine each year is different yes but the procedure is the same and some study that is ongoing shown that sone brands of flu vaccine have tendency to rise narcolepsy 14 folds.

Nah brother. There are many BS articles out there which are yet another case of yellow journalism

No extensive research has been carried out to confirm vaccination's role in autoimmune diseases

You know what causes a sever form of autoimmune reaction? With a fatal endocarditis?

A simple strepp group B infection.

Thats why doctors strongly advise to take your kids to a specialist whenever he/she catches even a "simple cold" . Cause it can kill your kid when she/he turns 30 yrs old or so ;)

Dear Haman I told yeah, I just said what I've heard ...... I think it was a matter of debate in the US for years ...by the wat you're the doctor ...

List of sovereign states and dependent territories by fertility rate - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ranking from 2013 World bank and 2014 CIA Factbook:

Afghanistan: 5.00 and 5.43 kids/woman (2013 / 2014): 14th & 9th in World Ranking
Paksitan: 3.3 and 2.86 Kids/Woman (2013 / 2014): 54th & 65th in World Ranking
Saudi Arabia: 2.7 and 2.17 Kids/Woman (2013 / 2014): 73th & 104th in World Ranking
Turkey: 2.01 and 2.08 Kids/Woman (2013 / 2014): 114th & 113th in World Ranking
Iran: 1.9 and 1.85 Kids/Woman (2013 / 2014): 127th & 146th in World Ranking

Minumum number is 2.1....under it. It means that you are going to have a old population like japan or germany. That's why Erdoğan continuously promotes having 3 children.

Fesenjoon is simply too sweet for me and I dont like the taste.

I'm sorry but this post is too important to ignore.

Fesenjoon is absolutely one of the best food in the world. But most places (and people!) make it like crap. First of all, you can never eat fesenjoon at restaurants, because since walnuts are expensive, they'll add a bunch of crap to it.

Also, when I make it myself, I never make fesenjun sweet. I always like to make it a bit sour.

Use a lot of walnuts. Toast them really well, let it cool, and then grind them really well.

In the meantime, heat up oil, add chopped onion, until it becomes transparent, then add boneless chicken. Spice it with salt & pepper. Once you brown it a bit, add water, and simmer it for 30 mins.

While this is cooking, add water to the grinded walnuts, Cook on low heat and stir them once in a while. The longer you cook it (don't let it come to a boil) the better it is. You have to do this at least until you see the oil come on top. Now you can add pomegranate stuff to it. Find the best pomegranate syrup you can find (try not to use the bland shit at the supermarkets). The sourer it is, the better i like it. I also like to add a bit of pomegranate juice & some pomegranate paste if I have it on hand.

Add the chicken, let it simmer for a bit more. Garnish with walnuts & some pomegranate seeds.

This is a picture of one I made two years ago,

It might not LOOK tasty, but Iranian stews are like Indian/Pakistani stews. They don't LOOK tasty, but they all are the best in the world.
