So Lahore high court has stopped Imran as well as Qadari from doing Dharna although they can do long march.

So what now? Imran planned to sit in Islamabad till demands are met. Now N league has another loop hole that courts have stopped from dharna. How will Imran handle the situation?

Who's going to define what is constitutional and what is unconstitutional in the long march and subsequent sit-in? Since nothing in the long march has been declared unconstitutional so PTI still can go ahead with schedule.

This isn't how things progress in a democratic country, disappointment. It's sad to see political forces are too incompetent to sort out their differences.

What sort of a moronic decision is this?

And then the courts ask for respect?

Unconstitutional long march? I mean what the FCK!?

And you can do a 'constitutional' long march but can't do a dharna.

Go home LHC< you are drunk.

A full bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) has stopped Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from holding an “unconstitutional long march” or any “unconstitutional sit-in”, according to our correspondent Rana Tanveer in Lahore.

During the proceeding of the case, the court was of the view that PTI’s demand for the resignation of the prime minister is unconstitutional.

Thus, the court ruled that PTI can hold marches and give sit-ins as long as it withdraws its demand for the prime minister’s resignation.

Sometimes, the law can be an as-s, but it needs to be followed just the same. The right to protest is legal, but it is illegal to disrupt peoples lives and law and order too. The court has to get the legal basis correct for its decision, regardless of personal opinions.

First of all, these bunch of noora judges should be questioned about in which capacity and under which law they are trying to intervene into political things? Since when a regional high court judges are allowed to meddle into national political affairs like this?

These judges have sadly become the noora servant. This is why this Noora King has to go, along with all of his slaves and servants.

Reminds me of PTI's long and failed dharna against the drones which also turned out to be illegal in the end by PHC.....

Question is whether we wish to live in a state of anarchy or under constitution.

Any court order that favors the other party is automatically bad and the judges are crackpots. Now if the same court issued a ruling in favor, it would automatically become the greatest court on earth presided over by the most genius judges.

PTI supporters are clueless about matters constitutional. That is the only way they may keep on supporting hare-brained schemes like technocrat government and other such un-constitutional absurdities.

Mate, there are several law bureau's with some topnotch constitutional lawyers advising PTI on all the legal aspects of constitution. PTI is pretty organized at grass root level........Furthermore, we very well understand the ground realities of what is, and what isn't kosher 'constitutionally'......

Calling us all collectively clueless, is a bit naive......... don't you think so?

Now let's separate politics from what is right and what isn't............ it's a divided Pakistan today, perhaps more than it ever was before............ we will do, what we think is right, and you are free to challenge us "constitutionally" as well......... whatever happens, things will change................
