So why this Drama of Article 62,63 , Independent Judiciary ?
I am convinced that this judiciary is Independent, but only from Govt. the amount of influence previously the goverments had on judges now lies with media, certain politicians, Terrorist organizations, pressure Groups of lawyers, bar counsels, influencal lawayers, those who supported movement of 'judeciary' and last but not least Money.
What is on Play here? NS wants Dasti in Party so LHC is complying with its Obligation to NS?
I had seen News somewhere, NS is awarding Justice Ramaday in rocognition of its 'Services' with Party tickets to Ramday's relatives.
