Pti choose priority right. It will take some time but fruit will come and that will be permanent. Example of the priorities

1- 1 billion trees
2- Bhasha dam for hydoelectricity and water storage (cheap electricity)
3- Mohmand dam for hydro electricity and waster storage (cheap electricity)
4- Karot Hydropower Project ............ 720 MW (Credit will go to Pmln and PTI)
