On topic: What is all the fuss about? isn't government at liberty to go in appeal on higher forum against decision of LHC?

COurts are suppose to be impartial, LHC isnt and deserves no respect. The divide is clear within the state institutions and its supporters. There are people who living comfortably outside want this corrupt to go scott free and back kangaroo courts and than there are people who want him to hang to the nearest pole. I believe we are moving towards a conflict between the 2. These 2 sides cannot co exist side by side. One will have to go.

What the Court does or it is and who goes free or not; isn't a free ticket to abuse or use inappropriate language on the Forum. The FORUM is keyword here not the conduct of anyone.

In Pakistan there is a free ticket to loot billions of dollar and court will help you getting out of the country while you are talking about forum rules here.

Neither the Pakistan nor Islam allows anyone to use abusive language. You just shared a Hadis Mubaraka about justice so how about to read & understand context before referring an irrelevant concern into the topic. Yes, Forum rules are to be maintained & enforced if needed, for friendly, qualitative, informative & substantial debate unlike personal attacks & abuse for nothing.

Its a win of Nawaz Narrative.
Writting was on the wall, Chief is not taking next term.
Institution is advised to take back seat and its adhering internal voices.

Better for PMIK to read it beforehand and put statesmanship over pity vendetta but he is completely an idiot no doubt about it. In the end taking "100 Jotay...100 Piaz"

Unexpected or what I know since long, is going to be true. I am more concern then about the beneficial output from situation at hand.

Its a win of Nawaz Narrative

Nawaz narrative wasn't about to seek remedy from corrupt cases under sickness or you aren't telling something? Political narrative has nothing to do with this Decision by the Court nor Order acquitted him of any charges/cases instead allowed him for medical treatment on humanitarian grounds.
