Fear not democracy is here in Libya. Both Italy and France just wants to plunder whatever is left of poor Libya. Their daddy USA will be proud.

Capitalists and Bankers loot, it is what they do. Mercantilism was national armies and navies all trying to loot each other out of existence. Eventually the Western European nations got together to focus on looting third world countries.

Italy was late arrival and got some Ottoman scraps.

Opening this thread because of two main issues.

1. Billions of dollars of Gaddafi assets which were frozen in Europe are missing and no info is being given on it. Few days back I read $5 billion frozen in one European country went missing.

2. Italy and France are at each other's throats in Libya and supporting different factions to take control of Libyan oil.

The news is not highly available on the developments in Libya so please post on issues happening there and post any info you can dig about the 2 issues mentioned above.

I will try to find out more of what you point at, but I will also add that Libya had about 144 tons of gold, held domestically I think, at the start of the war. I don't know what became of it.

Look at the source..Probably the US killed some Emiratis operating in Libya by mistake...They have killed some ISIS grouping not far the Algerian borders..The Emiratis and the Qataris operatives are known to be present and actif in that same area..

USA said it killed al-Qaida locals say they have killed civilians and locals are protesting. Currently west is trying to kill people to from govt in election of their own liking. God know what is going on in Libya. May Allah pak bring peace and prosperity back to Libya.

It is not only the US, but other actors the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, France and Turkey are big players and are very active in the area.
