Replication of Mumbai attacks will not be allowed: Malik​

ISLAMABAD: No act of terrorism would be allowed to be carried out from Pakistani soil, which might end up in replication of the Mumbai attacks, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said on Saturday.

At the conclusion of the four-day SAARC Interior Ministers’ Conference, SAARC Secretary General Sheel Kant Sharma said Pakistan had taken practical actions against terrorists and its army had made many sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.

He said all SAARC member states stood together against terrorism, adding that any information related to terrorists would immediately be passed on to the SAARC Headquarters. He said SAARC would emerge as a good united family in the coming days.

“All nations are suffering at the hands of terrorists and we have to act jointly against them,” Malik said.

He said SAARC member states would work in full cooperation with one another and would share real-time information on terrorists so as to convey them the message that we stand united.

He said the meeting considered a common strategy against a common enemy, adding that Pakistan’s proposal to boost interfaith harmony had been endorsed at the meeting. Malik said, “We should not allow religion to be used as a tool to justify terrorism.”

The SAARC secretary general said all the representatives from SAARC nations were on the same page with regards to counterterrorism efforts.

The Israeli spy agencies and Government never every want the peace between Pakistan and India because Israel think that Pakistan is the biggest enemy of the Israel (and it is true) they can control and maximum destruction to Pakistan and any time under pressure through the India.

It is commonsense that how Pakistan or any other Pakistani organization involved in the Mumbai attack because Pakistan in high crises after 9/11 and specially after 2006 maximum bomb blast ,banazeer death ,politically instability , Operations in northern areas financially crises and other major other issue ETC it is like for Pakistan ( AA bail mujay Mar).
And I think it will never stop like Mumbai attacks in India during peace talk between Pakistan and India, (if India ignore the root causes).

Now listen Col Purohit was arrested for role in Malegaon Blasts and later on it was alleged that he might be responsible for Samjhota Blasts as well...Nothing concrete have came out from there....So saying that he is responsible is living in fools paradise....The only concrete thing that has been done is this regard is UN pointing fingers at LET ...Link has already been shared with you....

If theres nothing to hide why dont you guys let the UN-Interpol look into the attacks in india and there links to the indian army.

ISLAMABAD: Hours before his meeting with Home Minister P Chidambaram, Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik today said he will "satisfy" the Indian leader on the issue of JuD chief Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of the 26/11 attacks.

Malik, who will host Chidambaram later in the day here, said "instead of exchanging dossiers" the two countries should "exchange hearts".

"Hafiz Saeed is an issue. And we will also satisfy Mr Chidambaram on that. We have no problem in that," Malik told an Indian television channel, when asked about India's insistence to discuss about Saeed.

During the meeting, Chidambaram, the first Indian Minister to visit Pakistan after the November 2008 Mumbai attacks, is expected to press for a probe against Saeed, the founder of LeT which carried out the deadly attack on India's commercial capital.

India has been expressing its displeasure time and again over action not being taken against Hafiz Saeed and the JuD founder is being allowed to "roam freely" and indulge in anti-India rhetoric.

Pakistan has been maintaining that there is not enough evidence to take action against Saeed.

Malik said the two countries will discuss all issues with a view to resolve the problems that exist between the two countries.

"I will welcome him to Pakistan. Let us be friends. Instead of exchanging dossiers, we will exchange hearts," he said.

Pakistan just gives excuses for everything. Now that it is proved that pakistanis attacked in Mumbai, their minister is offering heart NOT the terrorist who planned the attack.

Remember when Indian PM Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee offered his heard, pakistan offered terrorits in Kargil.

India will not repeat the same mistake again and again.
