I have just read the whole thread to see what the fuss is about. I think if we all put our biases aside between x-man and muradk and not take sides for a few minutes, then I would agree with Bull that for x-man to post his very first thread on this forum without knowing ANYBODY and the apparent status system going on here, he was bullied a little by old and established members. He obvioulsly thought it was a forum open for discussion and debate. If you read through the thread it seems that he was provoked rather than the impression that has been made. Personally , I think he touched on a very interesting subject and bears no heed to him being unpatriotic etc etc.....maybe he was rather concerned about it which is why he wanted to discuss it......see, it all depends on how you perceive something.....this is the angle i took it from, but then that's the good thing about these forums that everybody has different opinions......Just a thought.

Yar have I ever talked to you guys in a rude fashion No, I had sent X-man a PM yesterday saying that I being older than him reach out to you. This is what happend I see a new name and he is saying that he is in the Air Force and I goto his profile and see no INTRO, and I think he is not in the Air Force and things got out of hand My appologies to all member, That is why I keep saying everyone who joines should go through a process, he or she put there intro and we all read and welcome it, If I knew that he was in PAF I would have been jumping, I would love to have another Partner. Well once again I being the oldest ( In AGE) will say that the way I answered was not the right way

I was just complaining at others who were pouncing on this chap for saying something to you. He doesnt know who you are so he shud be left alone.

Its a different case when you hurl abuses after knowing abt the guy's virtue or wisdom.

Well i have given my opinion on this long time back and so has Muradk sir.

Im of the strong opinion that newbies shud only be given selected access after looking into their specialised areas. Like a guy studying for economics major or working in finance field should be allowed to first access the economics section.

And members aged 15 has to be totally banned. We dont want kids out here.

Adux the issue was self evident. A number of people complained about it. the mods (and the decision was taken by all of them)should not have to justify actions that are self evident. A lot of stuff has gone on behind the scenes as well. so this has not been a snap ruling.

If Bull has further issues with this then he can take it up with a senior mod or webby when he is around.

Dear Members,

I discovered this site few days back and found some very interesting threads. So I thought that being an active member of airforce I shall generate the discussion which has been bothering many in force including me.So with all good intentions I started one and it totally blew out of propotion.

It felt that people are waiting here to take on any one who is new ,try to let him down ,pick on the weak points and score a point...not even a single mail had some positivity or relativity to what I was wishing to discuss. I am member of many aviation/military forums...the one thing I never experieced is the seniority factor ....public forums are open and people come and speak their heart out....I didnt know that the rules are different at defence.pk....where people are being treated and respected on the basis of seniority. Well as the adage goes,' when in Rome, do as Romans do', so I percieve that I have to get used to this seniority thing.

Anyway, I would like to apologise for offending any member on this forum which I didn't intend, especially to Sir MuradK. I hope we all are ok now and will act like good lads in the future. Thanks to Bull and Johnny for their support.

I will let you all eager souls know about myself when I think that the time is right. For that matter as you have mentioned, how much do I know about Sir MuradK or his son or even you. I never asked him or anyone who they are or what they are doing or where they are. These things dont concern me. Lets focus on what the purpose of this forum is.
