That is not correct. The kerala muslims are the most radical than all other muslims except the hyderabadi ones.

Also the guy was already lodged in Ernakulam sub-jail, in connection with the trial of various terror cases. Dunno why arrest a person already in jail.

Kerala has a huge Muslim population, I think the highest in the country hence the problem of terrorist sleeper cells. I also heard there were a sizeable number of people who had gone to Pakistan and had returned back. A lot of these Kerala's Muslims work in GCC's as well. All these aspects gives fresh breeding grounds for terrorists and their recruiters. Border areas of Karnataka and Kerala is also trouble prone as there is a huge Muslim population in these border areas as well. The Kerala/ Tamil Nadu border is relatively quieter.

The problem is with other people also, a lot of people from kerala are living out of country also. I know my friend he rented his house to someone and now he is in court case because he lives out of the country and the renter has made a forged registry of the house. Its a pain.
