Let See How Amazing is Mathematics (1=2)

Come on buddy share your knowledge..They will refute your claims with their knowledge and in the end everybody can learn some thing na

See i don't want to claim anything for the very same reason, instead I would want them to explain the significance of this number.

At the bottom of the pyramid you can see MDCCLXXVI

Now you would normally read that as 1776, which is correct. THAT IS THE "OBVIOUS" MEANING OF THOSE LETTERS. But what is the HIDDEN NUMERICAL VALUE OF THOSE LETTERS? And what if we took all of the Roman Numerals together and added them up? The Romans used the following letters for their number system:
DCLXVI

D=500
C=100
L=50
X=10
V=5
I =1.

Now if we take these letters and add them all up, we come to 666.

.
we have to prove that 2=1

Let start
Let a=1 and b=1

so a=b

a*a=ab

a*a-b*b=ab-b*b

(a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)

after cancelling (a-b) on both sides

(a+b)=b

(1+1)=1

2=1

hence proved.

Well this is a well known school level mathematical paradox.

The catch is in the word cancellation

(a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)

after cancelling (a-b) on both sides

(a+b)=b

The word cancellation actually means you divide both sides with (a-b). Now since we assumed initially a=b, hence a-b=0,

so you cannot divide any side with a-b, it will result in infinity. This is basically to teach the kids the real meaning of 'cancellation on both sides'. Hope you got the point.

Yes , I knew it

Fallacies based on division by zero
The fallacy is the implicit assumption that dividing by 0 is a legitimate operation with 0/0 = 1.
Although most people would probably recognize the above "proof" as fallacious, the same argument can be presented in a way that makes it harder to spot the error.

For example,
(a+b)(a-b)=a(a-b)
Dividing by a-b gives:
(a+b)=a
1=2

There are 10 persons in a room. They will shake hand with each other. How many total hands will be shaked?

Here
nCr = n!/(r!.(n-r)!)
as n=10 and r=2
10C2=10!/(2!(8!))
10C2=(10.9.8!)/(2!)(8!)
10C2=5.9=45

Total hands will be shacked = 45

.
wouldn't 45 be the number of times hands shaked and since there are two hands involved so 45*2=90 ?
just guessing not really good at maths

There can be infinite number of handshakes, if they are Chinese and Pakistanis as they will repeatedly shake hands with each other...

If 5 of them are boys and 5 girls and room is under Taliban Regime, there will be 20 handshakes (Girls with girls boys with boys)

If they are french, there will be loads of kisses hardly a handshake...

If they are a group of Indians and Pakistanis, There will be 90 handshakes if Kashmir is not discussed (Just to over-emphasize their friendliness) and Zero if it is discussed (They will pull out swords for fighting)

If they are a group of Pakistanis and Americans 3 Pakistanis will not shake hands as they dot trust americans and 3 Americans will not shake Hands as they think abstaining one's are Jihadis. 2 Americans and 2 Pakistanis will have handshakes every time Americans give money and Pakistanis are keeping in their pocket. (They are Polititions)

If this is a simple maths problem then there will be 45 handshakes.

Any more combinations friends....
