Who's pretending that ? Show me one Indian who denies it . Racism exists in every country and India is no different though I do believe that within India there is slightly more racism in the North( my region) compared to the other parts.

Yes It is and will be in India for some more time, but I must say it is also because of govt. policies such as reservations in Public and private sectors based on race.

Anti Bihari statement is a kind of fun and attacking poor people based on race in city like mumbai still exists.

Second, It is also because of various cultures across India.

On the other hand reservation system has brought a big gap among us and I don't see any way to mitigate this situation in upcoming decade.

Racism is part of every society/country. As long as people are proud of their family names & racial history it will exist.

Healthy racism is not threat to national integrity if it turns to obsession than it should be eradicated.we have maratha battalion, rajpoot, gurkha & sikh regiment who are united one motive of serving nation. That doesnt make our army racial.

Honestly I dont think RAW has hand in Pakistan's sectarian but If You think RAW or any foreign elements controls Afghans Pakhtoons/ Muhajirs /shias/Sunnis/ Baloch/Hazara than I will say its failure of Pakistan govt & Its policies which helped RAW/Mossad/CIA to exploit conditions in Pakistan rather their success.
