Let me show you my home town Lucca

Here is where i did grew up and spend most time of my childhood. My grandparents live here and i simply love to be there. I did visit it recently and would like to show you. Lucca is most famous for its gigantic city walls and impressive inner city.

contains the most beautiful stone sarcophagus in the world.

The world famous music school of Lucca, Andrea Bocelli learned here:

One of the remaining living towers. During the renaissance the most influential and powerful families had the highest towers:

I can advice anyone who visits italy to pay Lucca a visit. Its a wonderful and beautiful city and not so overrun like fireze and pisa. There is also a little bit of rivalarity between Lucca and Pisa ;P

i noted tje rivalry against pisa when i eas in fireze. one of our italian freind simply considered it as a waste of time to visit pisa. and after visiting i kinda agreed to that. i even dont like firenze that much. its more lke dhaka than florence.
a must see in italy will always be venezia.
