So the gist of your argument is that Pakistan is a terrorist state today & will continue to be because nobody can do a squat about it. Pakistan is 'helping' US' WoT & can afford to sponsor against India as a paycheck for the 'help'. Pakistan can not afford to crack down on militants because it may result in retaliation, but it's perfectly fine as long as they are killing innocent Indians not only in Kashmir, but all over India.

No. I guess what he means is that army can't fight war on many fronts. This will divide their attention. Besides, there is a possibility that action against these types of groups can unite them with taliban which will be a nightmare scenario. So in my opinion their time will come as well.

India may have created the LTTE ,but they also helped in destroying it.In the war against the LTTE India had provided mi-17s(seven of them) to Sri Lanka which boosted the morale of the lankan soilders a lot as they knew the copters would come to carry the injured away.

But in Pakistans case even after being ordered by the security council there is no interest in dismantling the LeT.

Indian Army lost two wars in 1948 and 1965 and Pakistan Army captured 31% of Kashmir. Yes India claims to win all wars with Pakistan, but in history I have never seen a victorious army claiming victory and then loosing 24% of Kashmir in 1948 and another 7% in 1965. If you do not believe me look at map before the 1948 and 1965 Wars. Please tell me if India will extradite Col. Prohit?
