You really the LCA is at the very bottom rung of the IAF's firepower ladder? For deep strike missions the IAF has the best of the best (strike fighter)- the Rafale, Mirage 2000 (and to an extent Jaguars) who will equally be escorted by the best of the best- the Su-30MKI.

The LCA is mostly meant for the A2A role to protect Indian airspace, if this is the best you have got to insult the IAF's/LCA's capabilities you really are clutching at straws.

well sir those 18 F16s blk 52 are no dought good but lack many key techs like IFR and have too many so called "kill switches & threads attached to their use by PAF" even before every sortie new source codes are rleased and added byamerican defnce experts on air bases where those 18 Blk 52s are kept tell me with all the latest air defnce network and active and passive coopration between india -israel and india - USA itis so difficult for us to track there each movements ?

and if that wasnt enof owr ground , aerostat and AWACs are contantli keeping a very keen eye on all the air trafic movements as far as hindu kush mountain ranges even bieng very comfortablli in deep indian territoprry +as mentioned by a senior member before LCA should be the last of PAFs worries think about the threat fighters like upgraded Mig 29s ,Mirage 2000s ,Jags post to pakistani air space not to forget mighty MKI (3 MKIs in a formation can work as a mini AWACS)while they also carry Bhramos super sonik ACMLs and soon they will get AESAbased Radar and EW & self protection suit & new and better engine as MLU
