LCA 'TEJAS' TO PIERCE THE SKY FOR IAF SOON

Guys don't it as offense . Its fail project, just dump it, and don't make it matter of your national ego. If something is not working through it. Learn and start with batter planning.

Just curious....Is India doing any other aircraft development right now other than Tejas???

. .
india has a diffirent concept of time from others for sure. The soon may means forever. it is a 30 years' project now, halarious.

.
Even if we are late, tejas project is much better than doing some "Joint assembly" of wannabe 4th gen aircraft. If just assembly is the need of the hour, then HAL has been doing this since ages ago.

It's not a matter of national ego
by the time....series production of mk1 ends.....mk2 will come out....
so the planning is all good....
and dropping the product will be a very bad idea although it's late

Its Just too late and too expensive to drop now.....Anyways serial production has started....We are hoping it brings something good out of it..........
Failed project.........Wont say that.........It was a learning curve.......For a country with limited resources and technical expertise, may be it was over ambitious.
Pakistan did a good job of inducting JF-17 early and helping it mature into a good platform...
If IAF would have been a bit more supportive, in the same way....We would have a good plane by now...
Lets hope it id inducted soon and turns out to be good plane fulfilling the role it was intended for......Fingers crossed..
