The whole reason that you think of destruction while we think of constructions is whats the difference.
Learn form China, they focused on internal construction where as USA was focusing on external destruction.
And today we all know China is moving ahead more strongly then any other developed nation.

As far as industrial capabilities are concern, please come out of your washroom, world has moved way ahead.
The ground realities have changed, India has very highly developed Industrial base and there are certain high end segments where India leads globally in the segment.

And the educational institutes that you are talking about is the reason for domestic industrialization...
