but we have, there are pictures literally everywhere if you know where to look, which is this site. Unless, there's a very specific configuration that we are not doing.
Like I said, an indigenously designed STOBAR fighter. The J-15 is the Su-33 sir and thus the credentials go to Ukraine/Russia for this (hence why they are included on the list) and not China. I'm sure soon enough the Chinese will be adding to this list with your in-house design STOBAR fighters, you certainly have the capabilities to produce one.
It's a very specific criteria the journalist is using but it is factually accurate (surprising really) although a little pointless.
