PDP has reiterated its position regarding the 'upcoming' general elections in Pakistan. PDP refuses to take part in the general elections as it feels that the overall situation in Pakistan is not suitable for having a general election.

PDP also demands that a National Government should be installed in Pakistan till the reforms as promised under NAPTA are efficiently undertaken.
