Pakistanis, Turks, Chinese, all welcomed to participate.
So I'm trying to determine a definitive date for this inquiry. When was the last time a Muslim country invaded a Christian country? I do have several possibilities. The only restriction to this it has to be a formal invasion. Not border skirmish, tribal fight, etc.
Several possibilities
1. Turkish Liberation of Cyprus 1974
(Note although Cyprus isn't completely Christian it's something like approx. 55% Christian, 45% Muslim)
2. Indonesian Invasion of East Timor, Dec. 1975
(East Timor is predominantly Roman Catholic, I'm debating whether this invasion is significant or simply a minor invasion, but technically this could be the last one hence it's on the list.)
3. Armenia vs Azerbaijan - Nagorno-Karabakh War, Feb 1988, May 1994
(Not sure if this qualifies as a true invasion by Azerbaijan, but fighting broke out in Nagorno-Karabakh predominantly ethnic Armenian area? but also mixed with Azeris) In. 1992 full fledged war began. Operation Goranboy by Azerbaijan is considered successful, Azeris capture the Askeran region many towns and the largest town in the region.) Important to note ethnic enclaves exist throughout the mixed region.
4. Sudan attacks Southern Sudan, May 2011 (Predominantly Christian, two months prior to Independence?)
(I'm thinking this was doesn't really count, too many technical things wrong with this one for it to qualify.)

Going into this, my main choice is Turkish Liberation of Cyprus, 1974. Operation Atilla.
