Well they are given a pretty sweet and heroic farewell TBH. Not looking at all like departing Tyrants despised by the populace by the looks of this video.

.
They should have been beaten up....

.
Will they come back and do Vlogging to contribute to the economy?

Actually in reality they were indeed beaten up. That was the case in general but it didn't appear in videos or print media. In fact, the physical beating the British military officers received was the reason British quit India not Gandhism but all this is not mentioned in either country's history books.

Why is it not mentioned in any textbook.

Why is it not mentioned in any textbook.
It is because British agents (agents during British Raj) like Nehru went on to become independent India's rulers. It hardly needs to be said that those who are in power write the history. And these British agents wanted to take credit for India's freedom struggle.

Have you heard of the below famous poem?

Na Jaane kitne jhule Phaansi pe,kitno ne goli khayi thi...
Kyun jhooth bolte ho sahab ke Charkhe se azadi aayi thi...

What about Pakistani textbooks. Why is it not mentioned in Pakistani textbooks. There are no British agents there.

Nehru was not a british agent. Such conspiracy about Jinnah also exist in Pakistan. Nehru and Jinnah never were British agents.

I am not sure about beating but British officers continued to hold important positions in Pakistan.
